(Washington, DC) – “Judicial Watch” njofton sot se në një studim të muajit shtator 2020 zbulon se në 353 rajone të SHBA-së, ka patur 1.8 milion votues më shumë se votuesit që janë në moshë për të votuar. Me fjalë të tjera, numri i regjistrimit të votuesve kalonte mbi 100% të votuesve legjitimë. Studimi kapi 8 shtete me mbi 100% të votuesve: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island dhe Vermont.

Studimi i shtatorit bazohet në bazën e të dhënave zyrtare të vetë shteteve.

Studimi më i fundit i “Judicial Watch” është shtrirë në 37 shtete që postojnë të dhënat zyrtare të regjistrave të tyre ONLINE. Në disa shtete listat e votuesve të regjistuar mund të jenë edhe me më shumë votues, krahasuar me ato që raportohen, sepse mund të mos kenë përjashtuar nga lista e deklaruar, votuesit inaktivë. Votues inaktivë janë ata që kanë ndryshuar vendbanim, por që mbeten të regjistruar dhe që në ditën e zgjedhjeve regjistrojnë të dublikuar, atje ku kanë qënë dhe ku aktualisht janë. Me emrat e këtyre votuesve është lehtësisht e aplikueshme skema e mashtrimit me votën.

“Judicial Watch” deklaron se këto shtete, teksa nuk pastrojnë listat e votuesve, kanë shkelur Aktin e vitit 1993, lidhur me Regjistrin Kombëtar të Votuesve, që i bën shtetet përgjegjës për pastrimin e listave të votuesve, mosveprim që bie në kundërshtim edhe me ligjin federal.

Në fillim të këtij muaji, “Judicial Watch” paditi shtetin e Colorado-s, pikërisht për Regjistrin Kombëtar të Votuesve. Raste të tilla janë të shumta në numër në SHBA.

“Judicial Watch” paditi edhe shtetet e Pennsylvania dhe North Carolina, pasi së bashku kishin afro 2 milionë votues inaktivë, domethënë votues që kishin ndryshuar vendbanimin, të pahequr nga listat, por këto dy shtete kanë refuzuar pastrimin e listave, duke shkelur ligjet e shtetit dhe ligjin federal.

“Studimi i ri tregon 1.8 milion votues fantazma në 353 rajone të 29 shteteve”, tha Presidenti i “Judicial Watch”, Tom Fitton. “Lista të pista votuesish, do të thotë zgjedhje të pista”.

“Judicial Watch” është lideri kombëtar për zgjedhje të pastra dhe të rregullta.

Në vitin 2018, Gjykata Supreme detyroi disa shtete për pastrim listash, mes tyre Ohio, California, Kentucky, pas padive bërë nga “Judicial Watch”.
